Billed monthly on actual shipments. Volume rates apply automatically as you grow. — A shipment bills at most 2 containers — big consignments don't cost extra. One-time setup from $1,500 — masters, mailbox connection, sop mapping. For context: $6–10 a shipment is less than the delivery-order fee on the same box.

One subscription, whole stack

One subscription instead of five tools

Most desks run an ERP, a documentation tool, a tracking portal — and spreadsheets on the side. Docket includes all of it, in every plan.

  • Instead of

    A trade ERP

Purchase & sales contracts, inventory, landed cost per container, accounting-ready expense records.

  • Instead of

    Documentation software

Export doc-packs drafted from your contracts & masters — invoice, packing list, COO, BL, PSIC.

  • Instead of

    Tracking portals

Every shipment's milestones, free-time countdown and alerts in one place — no carrier-site hopping.

  • Instead of

    Position & risk tools

Open positions per product, a multi-currency payment calendar, commission statements.

  • Instead of

    Email security add-ons

Payment-diversion & phishing screening on every inbound email — with the amounts prevented.

All included. And the part you can't buy elsewhere:Docket does the chasing itself.

The math

It costs $2,100 a month here. It gives back $19,250.

A 500-container desk, on the operational baseline published across this site.

Chasing & typing handled by Docket≈ 770 h/mo
What that desk time costs today≈ $19,250/mo
Docket at this volumeTrade Desk · $6/shipment × 350$2,100/mo
You save, every month≈ $17,150$205,800/year

Assumes ~2.2 hours of follow-ups, document prep and tracking per container at a loaded ops cost of ~US$25/hour (Singapore benchmark), and 70% blended automation. Demurrage and fraud savings are excluded. We'll tune both to your desk on a call.

Straight answers

Pricing questions

What counts as one shipment?

A shipment bills at most 2 containers — big consignments don't cost extra. So a five-container consignment bills as three shipments, not five.

Do I get charged for months I do not ship?

No. Billing is monthly on actual shipments. A quiet month bills a quiet month.

What is the setup fee for?

Masters, mailbox connection, SOP mapping. One time, from $1,500.

Do rates drop automatically as I grow?

Yes. Volume rates apply automatically — you do not have to ask, and you are not locked into a tier you have outgrown.

Who you will be dealing with

Give me 15 minutes and I'll show you what we've taken off a real importer's desk

Balkrishna Agarwal, founder of Docket

I'm Balkrishna, and I built this after more than twenty years working on and managing an export–import trade desk — I have chased the packing lists, checked the packs and paid the demurrage this site describes. Docket runs a real import SOP end to end today — the six jobs on this page are working software, not a roadmap. We are taking on two or three import desks to build the next part around.

Write in and you get me, not a sales team. That is deliberate rather than an apology for our size: the fastest way to make Docket good at your desk is to talk to the person building it.
