What IncoDocs is
Export document generation, ~$13/mo
Fast, cheap export document generation — invoices, packing lists and certificates without retyping.
The empty quadrant
Short version: IncoDocs records the trade. Docket does the chasing. Most desks that run one still do the follow-up by hand, and that is the part Docket takes over.

What IncoDocs is
Fast, cheap export document generation — invoices, packing lists and certificates without retyping.
Where Docket differs
Documents only. Nothing chases the counterparty, tracks landed cost or watches a payment date.
The work in question
None of these is hard because it is technically difficult. They stay manual because every tool in the category records the trade and hands the follow-up back to a person.
Polite, then persistent
A reminder email is where most tools stop. When a supplier goes quiet Docket climbs, on channels your counterparties already use. Nobody has to sign up for a portal.

The math
On a 500-container desk, on the operational baseline published across this site.
Demurrage and fraud savings are deliberately excluded — both are real, both are episodic, and this number is only desk time.
The category
Every product here either stays inside your walls or only records what already happened. IncoDocs is highlighted.

Straight answers
Not usually. IncoDocs is export document generation, ~$13/mo. Docket is the desk work around it — chasing the supplier, checking the pack against the contract, escalating when nobody replies, and building the payment calendar. Most desks keep their system of record and add the follow-through.
It performs the follow-up itself, and it reaches counterparties on email, WhatsApp, SMS and an AI voice call — channels they already use, with no portal for anyone to sign up for. documents only
No. That is the difference from a network product. Docket contacts your exporter, CHA and bank where they already are.
Per shipment, not per seat — from $6 a shipment, and a shipment bills at most two containers.
Who you will be dealing with
I'm Balkrishna, and I built this after more than twenty years working on and managing an export–import trade desk — I have chased the packing lists, checked the packs and paid the demurrage this site describes. Docket runs a real import SOP end to end today — the six jobs on this page are working software, not a roadmap. We are taking on two or three import desks to build the next part around.
Write in and you get me, not a sales team. That is deliberate rather than an apology for our size: the fastest way to make Docket good at your desk is to talk to the person building it.
We will walk your actual workflow — the six jobs, on your containers — and tell you plainly where Docket helps and where it does not.
WhatsApp, email or phone — you get the founder, not a sales team.
